Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. You'll receive a refund within this period. After 14 days, returns are eligible for store credit only.
To request an exchange or store credit, please email us at info@simonelabel.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist you.
Exchange Details:
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be unworn.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return or exchange.
Final Sale:
- Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Promo codes and discount codes will not be applied to orders that have been processed and/or on previous orders.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit or stolen packages.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will send you a return shipping label & send you out a new one ASAP.
