Domestic Shipping | 1-7 Business Days 

International Shipping | 7-21 Business Days

We work diligently to ship all orders placed within 3 business days, please allow for up to 72 Hours for processing/handling after placing your order. 

Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. Simone the Label has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services. 

Please be sure to double check your address prior to completing your purchase. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout, and provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If the item is incorrectly shipped due to an address discrepancy it will be subject to additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.



We do not accept returns on jewelry orders, however, we are more than happy to provide exchanges or store credit!

Keep in mind that exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanged items must be unworn. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of return orders.

All sale items orders are final.

Promo codes and discount codes will not be applied to orders that have been processed and/or on previous orders. 

In the event you received the wrong order, contact us immediately with your name, order number, and photos of received item(s).

We do not refund for packages lost in transit or stolen packages.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will send you a return shipping label & send you out a new one ASAP.
