SHIPPING & HANDLING
For domestic shipments, you can expect delivery within 1-7 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days.
Once you place an order, we work diligently to ship it within 3 business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing and handling before your order is shipped.

It's important to note that international shipments may be subject to customs charges, for which each customer is responsible. We have no control over these charges or any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
To ensure smooth delivery, kindly double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please specify it during checkout with a correct and complete shipping address. Any incorrect shipments due to address discrepancies may incur additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
We do not offer refunds for packages lost in transit due to an incorrect address or stolen packages. We advise ensuring the accuracy and security of your delivery address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on jewelry orders. However, we are more than happy to provide exchanges or store credit. If you wish to proceed with an exchange or have any related inquiries, please email us with your order number at email@example.com.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and the exchanged items must be unworn. We kindly ask for your patience as return orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
*Please note that all sale items are final, and promo codes or discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed or on previous orders.
In the event that you received the wrong order, please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and photos of the received item(s).
If your item arrives broken, please reach out to us right away for a replacement. We will provide a return shipping label and send you a new item as soon as possible.
